Nashville Skin Company opened in Green Hills in 2013 with a straightforward idea. Medical-grade skin care should be honest about what it can do, and open to more people than it usually is. Twelve years later, that hasn't changed.

We'll tell you what a treatment can realistically do, how long it takes, and what it costs. If something isn't right for your skin, we say so, even if that means referring you somewhere else.

We measure success in skin health. That means telling you what a treatment should do before we start, then checking your skin months later to see whether it did. Whoever you see, your history comes with you.

Many of our clients have been with us for years. Our providers know their skin, their history, and where they're trying to get to. That's what makes long-term progress possible.
The provider matters more than the machine
Our team trains constantly. New techniques, new protocols, new research on what actually moves skin health forward. That work never stops, and it's where most of the difference comes from.
We're less interested in trends. The newest technology isn't automatically the best technology, and some of the most dependable results still come from approaches that have been working for years. When something genuinely earns its place, we bring it in.

Most of what people ask us comes down to three things. What a treatment actually involves, how long the results last, and what it costs. Here are the ones we hear most often.
Can I update or cancel my appointment online?
Yes. You can manage your appointments through your confirmation email or by logging into your Vagaro profile. Please note our cancellation policy: 24 hours' notice for most treatments and 72 hours for Halo Laser or CoolSculpting to avoid fees.
Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability, as most of our treatments require a dedicated provider and prep time. While we do our best to accommodate same-day requests, appointments are strongly encouraged.
Is there parking available at your location?
Yes. Free parking is available on all sides of our building, with additional parking behind the building on the right. We're located on the first floor at 2000 Glen Echo Rd, Suite 105.
Can I bring my child or a guest to my appointment?
To give you the best experience and allow your provider to focus fully on your care, we prefer that guests not join you in the treatment room. If you need help with childcare, let us know and we'll assist when possible.
What if I have a medical condition or I'm pregnant? Can I still book treatments?
Many of our services are safe with certain conditions, but some require adjustments or clearance from your doctor. Please mention any medical conditions, medications, or pregnancy when booking so we can recommend the safest options for you.
