About Ashley
Ashley is a Licensed Medical Esthetician and certified laser and energy-based specialist with more than ten years in medical aesthetics. Her career has run through clinical practice and education in roughly equal measure. She is a former Allergan faculty member and was one of sixteen national trainers selected for SkinMedica and DiamondGlow, teaching other aesthetic professionals advanced skincare and treatment protocols, and she has trained and demonstrated for Cartessa, Aesthetic Management Partners and AgeJet.

Her Approach
What Ashley values most is an experience where clients feel educated, comfortable and confident in the decision they are making. She works from the view that the best outcomes come from understanding an individual's skin, concerns and goals, rather than applying the same protocol to everyone. The treatments that change skin the most tend to be the ones clients are most hesitant about, and that is the conversation she is best at having.
